πŸ‘±: "Memangnya data-data biometrik seperti sidik jari mau dikirim pake telepati, mba?"

*perdebatan selesai*

Yeay!

Begitulah cerita pengalaman saya membuat paspor. Anda ingin buat paspor juga? ya sana.

The program is Credits-Earning Program, and it is established between two universities: Sofia University - St. Kliment Ohridski and Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.

Long story short, I read about the scholarship on a brochure that was posted or broadcast somewhere-I-do-not-remember. TBH I was not interested at first, because my goal was to graduate and receive my bachelor degree asap ⌛. Then, one of my lecturer explained to me about the program, what I am supposed to do, and what is covered by "the grant". Considering the amount of precious experience that I will possibly received by joining this program, I was suddenly motivated. πŸ’ͺπŸ‘±

It was not that simple, because I had to fulfill all the required documents, meet the qualification, and do some selection procedures.

this is the brochure that I previously mentioned, credit goes to the person who designed it

Administratively, I met all the requirements that were asked. Then I had to follow the next steps. They were departmental interview and institutional interview. The questions asked were basically about: how I would survive, how could I manage the culture shock, what contribution I could possibly give to the program, etc etc.

I do not remember how many days did it take until the announcement was published.
But here it is:
YAY! πŸŽ‰
I was chosen to be one of two students to join the credits-earning program in Sofia University - St. Kliment Ohridski.

I was so grateful, well, I am. πŸ‘Ό

Few days later after the announcement was published by UMP, the coordinator of Erasmus+ Programme in International Relation Office of Sofia University - St. Kliment Ohridski sent me an email, telling that I was selected to join the Student Mobility, and the communication that was previously established between two universities by then was done directly by SU-IRO and me.

The name of my coordinator in UMP is Mr. Novan and my coordinator in Sofia University is Ms. Desislava Ivanova. Both of them have helped me a lot during the Pre-Mobility 😭 (Thank YOU, so very much!)

Ms. Ivanova herself has helped in so many things, for instance, when there was a new regulation saying that my VISA should be supported by purchased ticket (read the complete story, here). She also helped me in my application form, and even after arriving, she helped my in making my bank account.
May God bless them both πŸ™
Amen! πŸ˜ƒ

Well, I believe this is the end of this post.
See you on my next post.
Ciao!

GOOD MORNING ⛅ GOOD CITIZEN

I have decided to write down my experience on joining the Erasmus+ Programme, and I hope you have been prepared 'cause I will write my story down from the very beginning. 😹

Before going on, I'll give you the outline of Erasmus+ Programme. In general, the phases are:

  1. Pre-Mobility (Before Mobility)
  2. During Mobility
  3. After Mobility
In short, Before Mobility is the period of preparation before the students' departure to the designation country, in my case, Bulgaria. During Mobility is the phase that is done in the designated country, it's the time when I am writing this post. After Mobility is the phase when you have done all the courses along with the exams that follow in the receiving institution.

In my case, my preparations were as follow:
σ „€πŸ”Applying for Selection,
πŸ“˜ Making Passport,
✍Filling in The Application Form,
πŸ“‘Providing Travel Insurance,
🌍Issuing VISA of Republic of Bulgaria,
⌛ Proposing Liberty of Current Semester.
-------------------------------------------------------✈
πŸš€Flying to Bulgaria

I will explain the details of each step on separated post, but don't worry 'cause I'll link them once it's done.

Bye for now! *CHEERS*
Good evening from Sofia. It's 17.58 in the evening when I was editing this introductory post. I start writing on my blog after being dormant 😴 for years.

Ah ah ah *laughing expression*

I  do not exactly remember when was the last time I posted something on my blogger and on my tumblr page.

Before you keep reading, I want to make sure that you don't think this handsome guy wearing hat and glasses is me, do you?

Alright, let's continue, shall we?
Long story short, I start writing again, even though I know nobody reads my page because it would waste their time, just like you wasting your time, like, right now.
Hahahaha *evil laughter* 😈

It's been few sentences, I believe I should start introducing myself:

My name is Bagas Prayogo Utomo. I am the 3rd kid πŸ‘Ά in my family. I have a sister and a brother. I was born in Banjarnegara, a small city with large area (contradict, I know). I was raised there. After graduated from SMA N 1 Banjarnegara (a senior high school), I continued my higher education in Universitas Negeri Semarang. I selected Civil Engineering as my major. I only lasted 2 years, LOL. Being engineer was my plan, but my brain said "nope", and yes, I resigned.

I believe that education is important, and I really enjoy studying (liar) πŸ‘€. I decided to go to another university near my hometown. In 2016 I registered myself as a student in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. I chose English Education as my major, and good things have started happening ever since.

I would describe myself as a detail-oriented person. I love watching movies, listening to music and watching someone arguing with another. I love to go to beaches, and I am not a fan of mountain (read my Vitosha Hiking post, I'll post it soon)
I like making friends but I am bad at picking up a line to start -_-

㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐㇐
When I was writing this post, I am currently staying in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria. I am joining an earning credits under the frame of Erasmus+ Programme that is funded by European Commission.

So, that's few things about me.
See you on my next post!
*CHEERS!* 🍺
